This certification confirms that Ad Maiorem Consulting adopts a unique and integrated model that facilitates management and ensures maximum efficiency of our engineering services in technological innovation projects, thus confirming our commitment to quality and the pursuit of excellence. .
We are aware of our active work in the development of the technology industry at an international level. Our work is focused on meeting the needs of our clients, to whom we provide innovative solutions for the fulfillment of their technological projects and the creation of value and their success.
It is for this reason that obtaining ISO 9001:20105 plays a very important role in the activities that we develop at Ad Maiorem, since it allows us to continuously improve our processes and services, increasing the satisfaction of our clients.
In the first instance, our offices in Spain (Ad Maiorem Consulting Services, S.L.), and Italy (Ad Maiorem Italia, S.R.L.), were the offices chosen for the implementation of the regulations, however, in a gradual process, the subsidiaries in the Netherlands and Uruguay will gradually be added.
About the ISO 9001:2015 standard:
The ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard is internationally recognized and establishes the necessary requirements to implement a Quality Management System, offering the guidelines for a management, analysis and continuous improvement model.
All companies, regardless of their size or sector, can access the implementation of this regulation. Its application is not mandatory, being a voluntary decision, typical of the strategic management of a company to optimize its performance. The certification in the ISO 9001 standard is valid for three (3) years and can be renewed under the relevant quality audit.
The last known update is the one carried out in 2015 (ISO 9001:2015 standard), in which, mainly, risk-based thinking was integrated to anticipate incidents and take advantage of opportunities. The PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check and Act) is established, being the best method to optimize management processes and resources. Lastly, it is important to take into account the process-based approach to provide greater coverage in their planning.
