As important as the management of our technological innovation projects is the quality with which we treat the satisfaction and talent of our team; and it is precisely this purpose that makes us promote a participatory environment, of healthy and lasting labor relations, which gives us our main differential attribute as employers. The effectiveness of our work environment, as well as its planning, are reflected in the care of our staff, as well as in their productivity and competitiveness with respect to the rest of the market in which we operate.
We are aware that most of our employees' time is dedicated to carrying out work-related activities. In this sense, it is not a secret that our work environment has a direct relationship in the participation of our personnel with the various activities that are entrusted to them and of course in the result of these. Desire and personal and professional motivation are key factors that we positively stimulate and that allow us to face various challenges, guaranteeing individual success in each of our collaborators, and global success with the growth and expansion of our firm.
We maintain our own work environment, where our leaders are the base of the change to which we are constantly exposed, which means doing their best to strengthen the environment day by day. Thinking about it, we have considered our purpose of strengthening labor relations in a technological environment, in five points that we want to share with you below:
1- We maintain a fluid two-way communication:
We consider communication as one of the most important tools for our management. We care about giving messages, but more about the feedback they generate to achieve the objectives and increase the productivity of our activities. Likewise, this tool is essential for our relationships and our climate to function properly. We have adopted a form of direct communication with others, we have agile channels that prioritize constructive comments and optimize proposals, new ideas, transformation actions and positive changes.
2- Full-fledged companionship:
A goal accomplished is the result of our teamwork. We share triumphs and responsibilities equitably to achieve our goals. We recognize the actions that add value to our work and we manage them in a timely manner through our meritocracy policies. Our purpose at this point is to encourage a common learning space that manages our knowledge and shares it among the entire team. We all join in the task of being better, and in giving value in a sincere and positive way to the work of our colleagues.
3- Positive attitude at all times:
The technological environment in which we develop demands a positive attitude towards an increasingly evolved market; ours is a competitive space open to new ideas all the time. The key is focused on mitigating pessimistic scenarios and reinforcing constructive actions that help innovate and generate value to our work. We are interested in fostering spaces for exchange and rapprochement between the members of our team as a measure to optimize our interpersonal relationships.
4- We are open to help and to be helped, also:
As a well-known phrase says ... "One for all and all for one". There are times when the opinion and help of others are very important. It is precisely this point that we materialize the importance of fortifying our work environment and we value good interpersonal relationships, essential to develop optimally. Teamwork is the best option when it comes to reaching goals, improving what we do and creating an environment of mutual respect and trust.
5- We practice active listening:
We practice this skill in order to listen not only to the person expressing an idea or opinion directly, but also to the feelings, ideas or thoughts that underlie what they are saying. This position allows us to strengthen our communication process, resolve conflicts, provide assertive responses and encourage good practices to interact with our team.
