A few years back, Spain had a technological advancement in the Military Sea Force as they started developing the F-100 project, which consisted in a specialized ship with combat and radar systems, as well as a wide tracking server within sea and air.
These systems help performing the frigate’s objectives, which are characterized by the development of:
- Serving as an oceanic escolt of medium size
- Being a commanding vessel in an confrontation scenario
- Being capable of working both in coast and ocean areas according to the mission’s objective.

Nowadays it has been proposed to the government the idea of improving this vessel, however it has had various changes, which has given step to the F-100 project, having as base the F-100; Being this one the first frigate designed and constructed by Spain, as well as having an international recognition.
This project is consequence of the vision and impulse to advance in the technological military development, due to our proud consultants intervenience in the design of the radar’s hardware of the F-100, which is expected to be finished by winter 2020.
This system incorporates new generation technology having as focus the digital reception of wide band, allowing the detection of complex signals to generate a wide analysis in order to obtain radar countermeasures which we view as defensive tactics.
Therefore, this project is the artillery of the Spain’s Military Sea Force’s future, bringing a maximum protection and support to the civil authorities through advanced technology and strategic innovation systems, which our consultants will keep on working in this evolutive generation that visionases the future as a new horizon.
